Job Title: Commercial Security Technician Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Security Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, programming, and servicing of various enterprise security systems, including CCTV, access control, IP cameras, intrusion systems, video analytics, IP networks, and visitor management systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: * Installation and Termination: Perform installation and termination of enterprise security systems, ensuring all components are correctly installed and functioning. * Configuration and Testing: Configure and test security systems to ensure they meet client specifications and industry standards. * System Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of CCTV, access control, IP cameras, intrusion systems, video analytics, IP networks, and visitor management systems. * Project Management: Track and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. * Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction. * Quality Control: Manage quality control processes to ensure all installations and services meet the highest standards. * Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to security systems, providing efficient and effective solutions. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and services performed. Skills and Qualifications: * Technical Expertise: Proficient in the installation, configuration, and servicing of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, IP cameras, intrusion systems, video analytics, IP networks, and visitor management systems. * Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage workload efficiently and effectively. * Customer Service: Strong ability to interact with customers and provide exceptional service. * Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including tracking progress and ensuring quality control. * Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
