TS/SCI

1-3 yrs Experience performing QA in personnel security or government contracting environment.

Experience monitoring compliance with security regulations; providing security guidance,

Demonstrated skill and ability to research and analyze personnel files, extract pertinent information, and formulate an accurate and appropriate response in accordance with applicable security regulations and guidelines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working knowledge utilizing MS Office, Excel, and Word.

Recent experience supporting DoD office environment is strongly desired.

clarification, and interpretation; and investigating, documenting, and developing mitigation plans for violations is highly desired.

High School Degree or Certificate.

DUTIES

The Personnel Security/QA Specialist will assist the Government in performing all tasks associated with operating a responsive, courteous, and professional call center to address inquiries from the customer base regarding case status, program information, policies, and procedures and in and out-processing.

Creating, maintaining, updating, correcting, researching, and reviewing subject records.

Providing assistance to customer base, exercising sound judgment and discretion to determine appropriate responses to inquiries.

Providing guidance and clarification to customers based on security clearance and investigative requirements and guidelines.

Review and validate personnel security documents for accuracy and completeness.

Perform quality assurance checks on submissions and supporting documentation before release to government systems.

Monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of security packages.

Identify common errors and trends in security documentation; escalate concerns as needed.

Communicate with customers and internal staff to correct and complete security documentation.

Providing assistance and information to Government representatives in support of various level of importance and sensitivity relating to personnel cases.

Assisting with various additional tasks as directed by the Program Manager.
