Summary of role:

The Business Analytics and Systems Solutions Associate Director oversees the systematic business processes related to contract and pricing management. The individual will be responsible for maintenance and administration of the revenue management system, ModelN. Contracts, pricing analytics and reporting will be performed o to help identify opportunities and assess strategic initiatives.

To help support growth, the Associate Director role will also coordinate with cross functional teams to identify and implement enhancements to existing business functions / processes to drive efficiencies and value in a timely fashion. The candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ModelN system.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:



  • Provides strategic guidance on how to effectively meet commercial contracting strategy while maintaining audit integrity and following our key revenue control processes.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures that aid in managing data quality, security and retention within the revenue management system.
  • Understands and is able to navigate the relationship between SAP and ModelN. Provide documentation in accordance with revenue controls to ensure data integrity.
  • Develops and implements key reporting requirements related to contracting metrics and revenue performance.
  • Consults with functional users to help solve complex data issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions.
  • Takes the lead role in managing and promoting operational technology advances by understanding business requirements, defining solutions, assist with the implementation of new tools and processes, and providing their ongoing support.

Basic Qualifications:



  • 15 years of recent experience in business analysis and data management.
  • Commercial Contracting and Administration knowledge highly preferred. Model N and SAP experience a must. SAP and Microsoft 365 experience including Power BI tools preferred.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while identifying priorities, communicating progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication ability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of the organization with different backgrounds and needs.
