Job Title - UI UX Designer Job Summary A ServiceNow UI UX designer is a professional who identifies new opportunities to create better user experiences by gathering user requirements designing graphic elements and building navigation components. Designing branding strategies that help our clients effectively reach more customers. UI UX designer also ensure that the end-to-end journey with ServiceNow products meets desired outcomes. We are seeking someone with an investigative spirit that loves to problem solve. Responsibilities Gathering and evaluating user requirements. Illustrating design ideas using storyboards process flows and sitemaps. Designing graphic user interface elements like menus tabs and widgets Collaborate with the development teams to execute project roadmaps. Facilitate workshops to gather information about the users and define success for the clients and the stakeholders. Balance both listening and having a strong voice in determining solutions. Build wireframes prototypes page description diagrams user flows and other design thinking activities. Collaborate with design leadership to understand and inform the roadmap and goals and translate those into a user-testing roadmap within projects. Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the client users and developers. Conduct User Research to understand customers needs and identify pain points. Create and present solutions to meet those needs and resolve friction with the ServiceNow framework. Rapidly develop wireframes/prototypes. Stay current with best practices strategies and industry standards related to their field seeking to raise the bar for quality. Define and communicate user experience design strategy vision and guiding principles to team members cross-functional peers and stakeholders. Explore divergent design solutions and develop user flows high-fidelity mocks and prototypes. Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users needs. Deliver designs by following through on details with the development team. Build productive and collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients.
Certifications Required Adobe XD Figma FigJam Miro Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign PowerPoint Keynot.
