Description DeRoyal Industries is looking to grow their team with an experienced admin looking to grow more in the cybersecurity space. This person should have experience with enterprise antivirus and spam filter tools. They will be dedicated to monitoring their environment and working with leadership to improve their defenses. The majority of the admin's time will be spent working with the infrastructure engineers, as well as watching for alerts in their SIEM tool, SentinelOne. The rest of the time will be spent thinking forward and conducting research on what is out there, identifying risks in the organization, figuring out where to invest as it relates to security, and helping drive information security best practices in IT and non-technical teams. The Director of IT, Ray, runs the IT Operations team and the Helpdesk. IT Ops includes a network engineer I and II, a sr engineer, and this role. The helpdesk employees 3 during daytime hours and 1 overnight. There is upward mobility of at least 2 levels for this role before getting into management. AD, group policy, remoting in and checking server logs, etc. The director greatly values previous MSP experience. Prior experience with an RMM tool and general desktop management is also very valuable (SolarWinds, Kaseya, ConnectWise, etc). Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Will obtain from HR and share with candidates.
