Join our dynamic HR team as an Associate on our HR Business Partner Generalist Team. This position provides practical experience across multiple HR functions and is ideally suited for early-career professionals who are passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow in a supportive and innovative environment.

About the Role:

As a key member of the team, you will support and partner with our HR Business Partners to help deliver core HR processes, including talent and performance management, compensation planning, organizational changes, and more. You will be a central coordination point for information and processes handled by the HRBP team, helping to create and deliver efficient, seamless, and best-in-class experiences for our employees, managers, and leaders.

What You'll Do:

* Collaborate with the HRBP team to deliver impactful HR projects, programs, and initiatives across the organization.
* Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Compensation, HR Services & Solutions, Talent Management, and Employee Relations to provide outstanding support to clients and HR Business Partners.
* Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent assessments, individual development planning, and development programs.
* Assist with compensation planning initiatives, including pay-for-performance assessments, promotions, and salary analysis and adjustments.
* Provide dedicated support for HR Business Partners and serve as the go-to person for day-to-day HR requests, including position management, HRIS changes, and leaves and accommodations assistance as necessary.
* Conduct exit interviews and share feedback to improve employee experiences.
* Participate in and/or lead special projects to enhance HR experiences, deliverables, systems, and processes.
* Bring forward new ideas, tools, and processes to improve employee experience and HR department procedures.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree preferred (HR-related degree or work experience is a plus).
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and across organizational boundaries.
* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for your work.
* Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
* Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
* Ability to work independently a
nd take initiative.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$55,000 - $70,000

Overtime eligible:Nonexempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
