The estimated base salary range for this role is $65,000 - 85,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Reporting to the Transportation Manager, and Customer and Sales Operations, The Integration Specialist will work directly with IT, Transportation Analysts, Transportation Vendors and the Customer Focus Center Integration Support Specialists to drive all systems and technology related initiatives within Transportation. Executes tactics that improve cross-functional processes that drive effectiveness and efficiencies within the organization.

What you will do

Level I Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Trouble shoots all Transportation related inquiries around process and technology.
  • Creates support documentation for new or existing Transportation processes.
  • Serves as primary support to Transportation during peak times.
  • Assists in developing and maintaining Transportation procedures and best practices.
  • Manages specialized Transportation needs of Distributor customers.
  • Streamlines/automates customer service business processes to improve service with a specific view of the self- service environment.
  • Exercises decision-making capabilities to quickly and effectively resolve issues.
  • Owns Transportation Integration System testing.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicates daily with internal customers and Teams to create positive customer experiences and to resolve any service issue.

Level II Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include all duties in Level I)

  • Leads multi-functional teams to drive and integrate technology that enables business process.
  • Drives change and process improvement efforts to deliver more effective and efficient solutions.
  • Identifies change and end-use requirements for developing "transformational" projects for key business initiatives.
  • Manages multiple Transportation processes that impact our customer base and the company.
  • Develops and manages customer-driven performance measures and standards.

What Will Make You Successful

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • 2+ years of related work experience required.
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient in PC operations, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Deep customer empathy, passionate about driving revenue and business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, essential for building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage issues, scope, and quality, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to forge strong customer relationships and insights over the phone.
  • Collaborative and consultative work style, thriving in a high-velocity, dynamic work environment.
  • Highly skilled at multi-tasking, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
