Associate Development Partner

Responsible for working with business leadership to build and support programs, systems and content for associates to learn through experiences and opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program & Project Management

  • Manage project plans and schedules across multiple projects and workstreams.

  • Create and maintain reporting on program performance against defined goals and objectives.

  • Review current training assets to ensure they are fit for purpose and updated to reflect current business strategy and learning ecosystem resources.

  • Implement opportunities to improve program outcomes.

  • Support delivery of communications and marketing materials related to training programs.

Curriculum Design, Development

  • Support the development and management of learning programs and strategies to deliver business-aligned outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain the necessary level of proficiency and expertise with the required tools and software to deliver consistent value and effective learning programs.

  • Create learning assets with guidance from a Learning Partner or above.

Relationship Management

  • Support cross-functional groups and business stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

  • At least 2 years of experience with program administration

  • At least 2 years of experience managing projects

  • Effective and efficient communication and organizational skills to prioritize and schedule a high workload

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience

  • Working knowledge of content development tools, such as Articulate 360, video editing, and Camtasia
