Assembly Technician III
Overview Technician Level III must assemble, align, test, and calibrate electro- and/or opto-mechanical subassemblies and instruments. Assemble intricate electro- and/or opto-mechanical assemblies with precision tools and fixturing. Integrate the electro- and/or opto-mechanical components and assemblies with state-of-the-art computers to perform the final system qualification and inspection. Troubleshoot subassemblies, finished units, and/or production opto-mechanical assemblies and repair as necessary, all under the direction of the Production Manager. Responsibilities

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of four (4) years related prior work experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; occasional bending and lifting; ability to stand for long periods of time; work in warehouse environment; may be required to use a ladder to organize or obtain supplies; may be required to use shop and power tools to modify parts or equipment.
