As our Material Handler II, you'll support HID's successby:



  • Complying with SOPs and work instructions related to job function
  • Being held accountable to performance standards to ensure output positively contributes to area specific KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
  • Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with peers and internal customers
  • Setting up and operating a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines
  • Conducting manual production operations as required
  • Performing daily 5s and PM of equipment and surrounding areas as required
  • Contributing to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance
  • Proactively logging and escalating potential issues in order to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and / or operational inefficiencies
  • Participating in root cause, corrective / preventive action activities as required.
  • Maintaining personal training log though MyHID
  • Implementing Help Desk Tickets both IT and Engineering based.



YourExperienceand Background include:



  • One year manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Must possesses the ability to work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
  • Must have flexibility to work overtime as required (including weekends) and periodically work a different shift.
  • Requires the ability to learn, use and maintain specialized equipment
  • Accepts and embraces constant change as a necessary factor to success
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
