The Department of Neurology at the University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a full-time Neuromuscular Neurologist to join our vibrant and growing Neurology practice. Join two Neuromuscular Neurologists, looking to expand our clinical offerings and research opportunities. Become involved in our Neurophysiology Fellowship mentoring one fellow per year. Clinical and some didactic teaching is expected, and the opportunity to precept in resident clinic is available. Opportunity Details: * Join a department of 30+ physicians and neuroscientists As the largest Neurologic Care Team in mid-Missouri, the department's facilities include: * A dedicated 28-bed Neurosciences Center with 6 bed EMU Our academic programs include a neurology residency program and the following six ACGME -accredited neurology fellowship programs: o Clinical Neurophysiology In addition to clinical opportunities, NextGen Precision Health, MU Center for Translational Neuroscience and Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory offers a vast array of academic and research opportunities. Currently, there are established basic and translational research programs with 30+ clinical trials in Neurology.
