The hourly range for this position is $34.47 to $36.45 and may be commensurate with experience. Please Note: This position is granted funded and is dependent on the renewal of grant funding each year. The position will end after one year unless additional grant funding is secured. Position Description: The Grants & Contracts Assistant supports the financial management and accounting of SOME's government grants and contracts revenue. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate submission of invoices, effective compliance monitoring, and proactive relationship management with funding partners. The Grants & Contracts Assistant works closely with the Grants & Contracts Manager and other internal stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting, document tracking, and communication across departments. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field OR Minimum 3 years of equivalent job-related experience Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; and 3+ years experience working with government grants and contracts. Required License/Certification: N/A Schedule: Weekdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm; Part-time, 20 hours per week.
