Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing holds a pivotal leadership position, tasked with spearheading consumer-centric marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role encompasses the oversight and execution of marketing plans and initiatives. This position involves fostering cross functional collaboration and alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive consumer marketing strategies that leverage and expand our current consumer approach.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth across all Sirva products and services
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, experiential and traditional platforms
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Leverage resources and technology investments for the consumer business
  • Partner with product development, sales, operations and IT to ensure Cohesive consumer market strategies
  • Explore external agencies to drive creative ideas and innovation
  • Analyze consumer behavior data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance for senior executives.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve customer performance



Qualifications



  • Ideal: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Marketing specialization; MBA preferred.
  • At least 7 years' experience in digital direct marketing and brand marketing focused on performance-based goals.
  • Strategic marketing experience, including propositions development, user insights, market positioning, competitor analysis, and distribution strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience optimizing paid media campaigns using data.
  • Strong creative, analytic, financial, communication, and computer skills required.

  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop long-term consumer marketing strategies that align with business objectives and anticipate market trends



  • Leadership and Team Management: Competence in inspiring, mentoring, and managing cross functional teams to achieve alignment and performance



  • Analytical Skills: Skill in data-driven decision-making, including the use of analytics to measure campaign ROI and optimize strategies



  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of digital tools, social media platforms, SEO, and CRM systems to drive consumer engagement



  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels
