Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for full project life cycle management, demonstrating strong project management, business, and personal leadership skill to lead multiple initiatives and programs across the enterprise. The Senior Project Manager serves as a project leader, business partner and mentor responsible for scope, time, financial, quality, and overall performance management.

What You'll Do
  • The responsibilities of the Project Manager as well as the following:
  • Experience reporting out and communicating with executive leadership
  • Involved in mentoring, coaching, and onboarding related training of peers and team members
  • Responsible for managing complex projects and/or programs with Coalfire top accounts
  • Ability to be a professional face of the team to present and educate other teams
  • Manage all aspects of multiple projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Interprets business needs and defines realistic goals and objectives
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Holds individuals accountable for project deliverables
  • Handles multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, polices, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, customer relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
  • Proven experience with dynamic scheduling
  • Maintains company defined billable utilization targets
  • Performs other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ Years Project Management experience with a certification (PMP, CSM, Prince) or 7+ Years of Project Management experience without certification
  • 7+ Years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • 2+ Years of experience working in the Cyber Security or Professional Services Industries
  • A deep understanding of FedRAMP assessment practices
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving problems and making decisions
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
Bonus Points
  • PMP, CSM, PgMP, or related project management certification
  • Cyber Security certifications
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or Financial Force/Certinia
The salary range listed is a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
