About Advancement Data OperationsIn January 2023, Advancement Data Operations began the implementation of a new Salesforce-based advancement CRM, Affinaquest Advancement RM; this position is being brought onboard to help prepare for a March 2025 Go-Live and the team's future support of ARM. In addition to ARM, the Application development team supports TEXAS Development's current bespoke CRM and several ancillary offerings that support the mission of TEXAS Development. PurposeReporting to Senior Information Technology Manager, Advancement Data Operations, the Salesforce Administrator will join ADO's growing Application Development team to help drive the design and configuration of TEXAS Development's new Salesforce-based CRM. This role will serve as an ADO resource handing configuration and customizations identified and designed by the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, Senior Application Analyst(s), and Huron Consulting Group business analysts and solution architect. The Salesforce Administrator will serve a key role in the University Development Office's ongoing Affinaquest Advancement RM (Salesforce) implementation and will be an important support role in the future state tasked with providing business analysis, technical design assistance, and system configuration supporting the efforts of the Advancement Data Operations Salesforce team.
