Technical Systems Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node JS and Google Dialogflow. Experience in Billing & Revenue Management Telecom and Service Assurance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Node JS and Google Dialogflow.
• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects within the specified timelines and budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and documentation to track progress and ensure transparency.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or risks.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and project management.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the successful integration of technical solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical skills in Node JS and Google Dialogflow.
• Nice to have experience in Billing & Revenue Management Telecom and Service Assurance.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Must have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have experience in a hybrid work model.
• Must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Certifications Required

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required. Certification in Node JS or Google Dialogflow is a plus.
