Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Omnistudio Health Quoting-Provider & Payers SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong domain experience in Payer. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to drive innovative solutions that benefit our clients and society. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications ensuring high performance and scalability. Provide expertise in Omnistudio to enhance user experience and streamline processes. Develop and maintain Health Quoting solutions for Providers and Payers ensuring compliance with industry standards. Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and functionality. Manage SFDC Integration projects ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Configure SFDC applications to meet specific business needs and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely support to end-users. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Document technical specifications and create user guides to support system adoption. Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Qualifications Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization. Demonstrate expertise in Omnistudio and its applications. Have a deep understanding of Health Quoting for Providers and Payers. Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning development. Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Integration and data management. Have extensive experience in SFDC Configuration. Possess domain expertise in Payer. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
