Description
OVERVIEW: The Salvation Army is seeking applicants for a full-time case manager. This position is part of the Joseph McFee Center (JMC), a recovery-focused transitional housing program for San Franciscans exiting residential treatment. The JMC provides participants the opportunity to build on progress made in early recovery and holistically work toward a healthy, independent, and prosperous life. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Manager's main goal is to address the needs of JMC participants and cultivate a transformational community based on the program's principles of recovery, accountability, and service.
