Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Chelmsford, MA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling and testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.
  • Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instructions and drawings.
  • Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
  • Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.
  • Work with microscopic to large components that may require visual magnification.
  • Use various hand tools (such as tweezers, rulers, and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such as torque drivers, and screwdrivers).
  • Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
  • Collaborate with team's members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hr

Hours: 4/10A-3rd Shift

Length: Temp (6 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with operating computers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ESD procedures and test equipment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electrical and micro-electronics
  • Ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
  • Good work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
