JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Working with project team members including program management, finance & vendor master administrators team members
* Collecting data to identify key targets to transition
* Initiating invitations for suppliers to change payment methods
* Monitoring supplier registration status with reports and que reviews
* Providing registration support and troubleshooting
* Reviewing the supplier responses and ensuring data accuracy, spotting and correcting issues and inaccuracies
* Assist with data cleansing to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data.
* Assist in data cleansing effort to manage multiple vendor numbers/names associated with one vendor ID

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree OR 6 years of relevant experience is required.
* Strong organizational skill and attention to detail
* Excel Proficiency o Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and self-motivated
* Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
* Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
* SAP experience is a plus
* Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Excel
