*TEKsystems has a 1 year contract for a **senior** level SAP FICO S4 Hana resource. Role can sit remote but travel will be required to client site in Colorado, expenses covered. Travel could be up to 1 time a month and at 2 critical points up to two weeks on site it late summer and fall. *
Our customer has a need for a senior SAP FICO consultant for at least one year, to assist with the redesign and deployment of their S/4HANA solution. Most Important Required Skills Include: 1) Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios is required. 2) Expert knowledge of FICO, including integration with SD, MM & PP. 3) Experience coordinating with banks for AR & AP payment/collection automation solutions and EBS processing. 4) Strong understanding of SAP Finance validations and substitutions. 5) Experience with OneSource is highly preferred Required Skills: * Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery * Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent * Experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration with SD, MM & PP. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios is required. FSCM experience although not mandatory would be considered a bonus. * Understanding of RICEFWs and ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications and debug code where necessary for quick turn around. * Experience of working on OneSource is preferred. * Understanding of Acquire to Retire process in SAP and all integration points from Record to Report perspective. * Experience coordinating with banks for AR & AP payment/collection automation solutions and EBS processing. - Strong understanding of SAP Finance validations and substitutions * Effective with creative solutioning and communication to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue. * History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes * Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery * Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills Responsibilities: What you will do: * Responsible for architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation * Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, system integrators in a project setting to ensure SAP solutions in the Record to Report area meet business requirements, achieve a high level of systems integration, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience. * Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives * Determine optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives * Define functional requirements and capture them in configuration rationale and functional specification documents. Validate any proposed development estimates * Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements * Define and/or execute test plans and review outcomes to validate solution meets intent and is appropriate in response to business demand for change Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
