What you will be doing:

  • Assist in leading and managing all aspects of the Front Office Department while creating a positive and engaging culture.
  • Ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service, actively seeking guest satisfaction and colleague feedback.
  • Handle owner & guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our owner & guests.
  • Assist in recruitment, regular training, counseling and re-coaching to ensure consistency of service standards.
  • Participate in the Manager on Duty Program including property Emergency Response and Safety programs, insuring training and compliance with safety procedures
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks including vehicle fleet tracking and maintenance, run sheets, invoicing, scheduling, and weekly trainings.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service-focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Ability to work independently and make educated decisions
  • Prior experience working with Resort Data Program or a related system
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
