Job Summary The Employee & Labor Relations Manager provides guidance and advice to Management and Union and non-union associates in the interpretation of union contracts and MMC policies to ensure compliance, ensure favorable working conditions between Management personnel and union/non-union associates to avoid grievances or litigations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate degree required. 2 -5 years related experience required Knowledge of Federal, State and City Laws e.g., FMLA, ADA, ESSTA, PFL Knowledge and experience conducting investigations Knowledge of unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements Department: Human Resources Bargaining Unit:Non UnionCampus:YONKERS Employment Status:Regular Full-TimeAddress:4 Executive Plaza, Yonkers For positions that have only a rate listed, the displayedrate is the hiringrate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education or other relevant factors.
