Job Summary
This position is responsible for the day-to-day technical and operational support for Henry Schein One's Learning Management Software (LMS), acting as the first line of customer support for end users. The role educates employees and leaders on how to use the system efficiently to manage the training of their teams, including guidance, documentation, running reports, and managing content. The LMS Administrator will also coordinate upgrades, communication, testing, and activation of new functionality. Additionally, this role supports our Content Management System (CMS), working to curate both training and marketing materials as needed. The candidate should also have a background in instructional design or content creation and be proficient with Canva, Articulate 360, and Camtasia.
What you will do
- Responsible for uploading all new training content to the LMS
- Creates and distributes reporting regarding the usage of the LMS to Sales and Field Service leadership. Maintains the user list, ensuring it remains current.
- Responsible for LMS content curation, reviews libraries to ensure content is current, aligned to business strategy, and available to appropriate user lists. Repackages materials as SCORM files as needed, creates learning assessments and quizzes as needed, works with instructional designers and external partners to gather and upload necessary learning materials.
- Uploads and formats CMS content to ensure it is current, aligned to business strategy and available to appropriate user lists. Works with internal and external partners to gather and store marketing materials.
- Creates CMS pages to ensure content is organized and accessible to appropriate end user audiences
- Acts as front-line support, by responding to inquiries related to the LMS /CMS and troubleshooting user issues.
- Participates in LMS and CMS Strategy Meetings
- Assists Sales Enablement Team as needed on specific projects
- Coordinates administration of training events (both live and virtual)
- Manages integrations with third-party tools such as CRM, HRIS, and automation platforms.
- Stays up to date with LMS updates, best practices, and emerging eLearning technologies.
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Typically 5 or more years of related experience.
- Typically High School education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Working Knowledge of Showpad Content Management Software
- Ability to learn new software tools and features

Nice to have:
The posted range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range.
