Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. Identifies and implements enhancements for the quality, management, and storage of enterprise data. Implements initiatives that improve profiling, exception reporting, and issue resolution as well as general fixes for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Build dashboards to modernize analytics where appropriate. Enforce data policies and procedures across the enterprise. Complete month-end validations on reporting data to ensure the quality and completeness of data prior to business use. Create and implement business plans to achieve planned objectives. Create and maintain technical documentation for the Enterprise Data Warehouse, including source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and other related materials. Maintain a strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trend impacting the financial service industry. Qualifications Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field plus four (4) years in the job offered or four (4) years as a Data Developer, Financial Analyst, or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of experience in the job offered or twelve (12) years of experience as a Data Developer, Financial Analyst, or a related occupation. Requires experience in customizable workflow solutions such as JIRA. Requires understanding data warehousing and transformation methods. Requires understanding of lineage documentation. Requires understanding of ETL processes. Requires experience using data intelligence platforms such as Collibra for data classification, data governance, and data quality. The base pay for this position is generally between $141,897.75 to $191,722 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
