Description

  • Responsible for the staging of cheese barrels.
  • Record keeping of all lot numbers used for the ingredients and barrels of cheese.
  • Must be able to hang barrels and assist with barrel grinding and giving breaks in area.
  • Maintaining fat tank full of butterfat.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and maintain a license.
  • Must be able to organize multiple tasks.
  • Able to work in a safe and proficient manner.
  • Perform miscellaneous sanitation duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Report all food safety problems to your immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or lead person.



Skills and Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent Math and Reading skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines


  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of Powered Industrial Trucks
  • Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, other Quality guidelines
  • Must report all food safety problems to immediate supervisor or designated replacement
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs


Schedule:



  • Night Shift 5:30pm to 5:45am Mon - Friday, occasional Saturday
