*Description*
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Intelligent Talent Acquisition team. ITA-Data team delivers high-quality recruiting data, reusable tools, and analytics reporting to Talent Acquisition customers. The Data team is the engine behind ITA's success, creating pathways to information upon which all of the organization's products are built and enabling the organization to make correct hiring decisions a million times over. Focused on building scalable long-term solutions, the team empowers engineers and consumers to develop access and analyze data independently with a high degree of data privacy and integrity. As a member of the Data team, you will deliver robust data solutions that drive fair and efficient hiring and rapidly evolve with the needs of the business. * Responsibilities* - Architect develops and maintains end-to-end scalable data infrastructure and data pipelines - Work closely with business owners, developers Business Intelligence Engineers to explore new data sources and deliver the data. - Empower the team for self-service by providing the necessary skills to handle complex tasks independently. - Ensure that the team can efficiently manage and troubleshoot data-related issues, leading to increased autonomy and productivity. along with fostering a culture of self-reliance. *Required Skills Experience* - 7 years of data engineering experience - Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines - Experience with SQL - Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS - Experience with distributed systems as it pertains to data storage and computing - Experience with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.* A good candidate can partner with business owners directly to understand their requirements and provide data that can help them observe patterns and spot anomalies. *Required Skills: * - Python/SQL - Redshift - Apache Airflow/AWS * Preferred * - Experience working on and delivering end-to-end projects independently - Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers on best practices in data engineering - 10 years of data engineering experience - 2 years of Experience with developing data solutions on AWS - Expertise in Orchestration/dependency management with Apache Airflow, AWS Step Function,s AWS Glu,e and/or AWS Lambda *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
