Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of the business-helping customers navigate their service needs with professionalism and care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey
• Managing service inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Providing timely updates on service progress, timelines, and changes
• Recommending services, parts, or additional solutions based on customer needs
• Opening and closing work orders and ensuring customer concerns are addressed
• Offering knowledgeable insights on products, vehicle operations, and characteristics
• Ensuring every customer experience is positive, seamless, and memorable
• Building lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of inside sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Solid understanding of automotive services and vehicle basics
• Excellent communication, listening, and time-management skills
• A professional and personable approach with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
