Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Wage: $20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 9am-5pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a company in Mukwonago, WI. This is an associate to hire role. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform a combination of tasks to load, unload, and move material and parts in and around the manufacturing facility - Maintain the accuracy of the inventory - Fill work orders, request for materials or other stock items distributing items to production workers - Utilize forklift or manually unload materials to/from pallets, racks, and shelves delivered to the BU - Receive materials into the inventory management system, placing at the proper location within the production system - Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and monthly cycle counts by conducting weekly audits of the MRD system - Work on projects to continuously improve visual re-order points for MRD materials - Work closely with production staff to ensure non-conforming materials are identified and are accurately processed in a timely manner - Update the expedite communications boards throughout the day as business is conducted Warehouse Associate Requirements: - Experience with the methods and techniques related to safe use, storage, and disposal of powder paint, chemicals, and safe cleanup techniques - Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a group with minimal daily supervision and meet expectations - Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language - Wear PAPR equipment and able to use a floor-mounted man lift required - Able to perform work in a non-climate-controlled production environment - Able to be on feet on concrete for 90% of the shift - Able to lift, push, and or pull up to 40lbs and carry that weight 5ft - Able to bend, stoop, and crouch - Able to work with arms elevated for periods up to 5 minutes at a time QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
