Supervises assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s). Responsibilities: Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations. Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
