Staffmark is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment,

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

As the Warehouse Lead, you'll oversee daily team operations, assign tasks, monitor performance, and communicate issues to management. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, the ability to lift heavy items, enforce safety protocols, and use basic computer systems to support an efficient and productive work environment.

Qualifications:



  • Prior experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to remain objective, act as a liaison to management, and promote a safety-first mindset
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed
