As Site Lead at Atlas Power, you will manage daily operations of a high-performance crypto mining facility, leading Shift Leads to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. You’ll drive performance through preventative maintenance, workflow optimization, and automation, while leading recruitment, training, and team development. Collaborating with vendors and departments, you’ll support long-term success, oversee site conditions, and implement improvements to maximize uptime and productivity.

We value our employees’ time and efforts. Our commitment to your success is enhanced by a competitive compensation of $85,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience, and an extensive benefits package including:

To be successful, you should have:        

  • Minimum of 4 years in advanced mechanical work, manufacturing, large-scale warehousing, field logistics, or construction.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience overseeing 10+ direct and indirect reports.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with business and management principles.
  • Ability to assess system performance, identify improvements, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Experience with computer hardware maintenance, inventory tracking, and cryptocurrency mining technologies.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift at least 70 pounds as needed.

Your responsibilities as the Site Lead will include:        

  • Team Leadership & Development – Manage shift leads, recruit and mentor staff, and oversee daily operations to maintain high performance.
  • Operational Efficiency & Compliance—Adhere to OSHA and safety regulations, improve workflows, and drive automation to reduce downtime.
  • Preventative Maintenance & Facility Management – Develop and implement maintenance plans, inspect facilities, and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination – Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to optimize long-term business results.
  • Process Improvement & Strategic Planning – Evaluate operations, suggest improvements, and oversee equipment needs to enhance productivity and efficiency.
