As a Senior R&D Engineer - Mechanical on CONMED's Foot & Ankle new product development team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and ultimately design and develop new medical devices in support of CONMED's Mission - to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients. You will identify and research customer problems, utilize creative thinking and problem solving to generate clinically relevant innovation, and champion those concepts through the entire product development process to launch. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Requirements: *Prior Orthopedics new product development, including implantables, plating systems & surgical instrumentation, and/or soft tissue, allograft & biologics solutions (Preferably within Foot & Ankle) *Prior project management and/or project engineering, with demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate overall project schedules *Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow to meet deadlines Expected Travel 0-25% Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $104,134 to 163,640. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
