Aviation Client Services Associate Location: Must reside in KS, IA, MO, MN, ND, SD, or NE Travel: Moderate About the Role Join World Kinect's aviation team as an FBO Account Associate, supporting sales, account management, and business development. This role is ideal for those looking to grow in business aviation and sales while making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities Support client account management and satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery Assist with ROI calculations and basic financial modeling Maintain CRM records and support data analysis Contribute to marketing initiatives and stay informed on industry trends Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Aviation (or equivalent experience) 2+ years at an FBO 2+ years in sales or aviation-related roles Internships or relevant coursework are a plus Skills & Competencies Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Team-oriented with multitasking ability Basic financial knowledge and interest in modeling Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Salesforce and AI tool familiarity is a plus Why Join Us?
