Position Summary Echelon Services is seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to guide and optimize Agile software development teams in a dynamic and mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of experience in Agile project delivery, with a strong foundation in computer science or related technical fields. Experience working in government or defense sectors, along with familiarity with tools like GitLab (GTLB), is a strong plus. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-value products that meet technical, security, and operational requirements.
