MLS Coordinator

Meritage Homes is looking for an MLS Coordinator who will be responsible for advertising to Realtors through several MLS website-based platforms, our Inventory Homes for realtor and public viewing. As the National MLS Coordinator you will work in several MLS systems, work with our Meritage Website and our internal Salesforce system to create the best new home listing in MLS! We are looking for someone who is accurate, detailed, organized, and loves data entry.

The MLS Coordinator will:

• Have the ability to work in multiple websites and systems (Salesforce, County Websites, Meritage Home Websites, MLS Agencies)
• Have accurate data entry and ability to be in front of the computer screens most of the 8 hour day
• Enter listings in MLS website systems in all areas of the Country (average 20 per day based on volume)
• Add Artist renderings, floor plan, site plan and any additional pictures to each MLS listing, as needed.
• Scan and file on Shared Drive a copy of each listing and MLS data entry form by Division and Community in event of DRE audit.
• Mark Open Houses as requested for weekends in MLS and Realtor.com.
• Update estimated completion dates in MLS every two weeks.
• Add showcase photos and virtual tour links on completed homes in MLS when needed.
• Assist with updating MLS pricing as needed.

*This is a 100% remote position. Must be local to Arizona and have high speed internet as this is not provided by the company.

• High School Diploma, 2 or more years of college, preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office support position or data entry role
• Real Estate sales or marketing background with MLS experience a plus
• Proficient with computer data entry, including working with internet-based websites, internal database systems.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) skills necessary
• Proficient working with Google maps longitude and latitude
• Proficient with photography uploads in pdf or jpg, including editing
• Strong Oral/Written Communication and Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills; ability to communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism
• Results-oriented, accurate, problem-solver, with keen attention to detail
