Job Title: Member Strategy Office
Location(s): Merrifield, VA
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, developers, and other designers to define and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, elegant designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, that align with client design system and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate with user research team for usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Help evolve and maintain our design systems and contribute to design documentation.
- Present and communicate design work clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Contribute to design strategy for products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in a large-scale or regulated environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects with wireframes, and clear problem-solving and impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and XD.
- Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for financial services, enterprise systems, or high-volume transactional interfaces and their role in customer engagement and service.
