This full-time opportunity is for Nursing Faculty teaching on-site at our Orlando Campus location for Non-Degree seeking students, Associate's students, and bachelor's students to include both didactic and clinical/lab classes.

Monday-Friday. Class times are available in the morning, afternoon, and evenings.

Requirements for Qualification



  • Master of Science in Nursing
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida

  • Experience in teaching nursing skill labs for PN and RN nursing programs preferred



  • Experience in medical-surgical, adult health nursing preferred




This position requires individuals with knowledge and understanding of the professional career paths and demands of the nursing field, as well as the ability to inspire students to the highest level of achievement in preparation for those career paths and employer demands. Those with motivation, integrity and enthusiasm for teaching, a willingness to embrace Herzing's mission and adapt to the needs to adult learners, will excel in this position.

Pay

Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The salary range for this position is $73,290 to $99,157.
