Job Title: Loan Administration Supervisor

Overview:

We're looking for a Loan Administration Supervisor to lead several key functions that support both consumer and commercial loan operations. If you thrive in a detail-driven, fast-paced environment and enjoy mentoring others, this could be the role for you.

Day in the Life: Every day you'll oversee a team handling everything from loan payment processing and collateral release to document imaging and credit card support. You'll keep a close eye on workflows, provide coaching, ensure compliance with regulations, and help implement new products and system enhancements. You'll also work cross-functionally with servicing and processing teams to make sure hand-offs are clean and data stays accurate.

What It Takes:

• Experience in loan operations or banking
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with loan systems and regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to guide, coach, and motivate a team

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Experience with Fiserv Premier, nCino, LaserPro, Director, or e-signature tools
• Project management experience
• Lending or other industry certifications
