Field Operations Technician I ICON is seeking a Field Operations Technician I to support our Field Operations team. In this role, you will demonstrate and maintain the foundational skills and knowledge required to provide basic support for ICON's print operations. Basic support involves managing the logistics of raw materials, consumables, parts, and printers. You will also assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and general service tasks related to ICON's 3D printers. Under the direction of Leads, Technicians, or Managers, you will receive daily instructions and apply your skills to complete a variety of field assignments. This role involves working on moderately challenging tasks that require some judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations, with an emphasis on escalating larger problems when needed. You are expected to approach each task with a growth mindset, focus on building new skills, and actively work to avoid repeating mistakes. Operational discipline, attention to detail, and adherence to ICON's policies and standards are essential for success in this position. This role is based in Austin, TX, and will require travel outside of the area for extended durations. This position reports to the Field Operations Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Print Execution
