Your Role

Become a Human Resource Generalist at Atlas Copco Comptec LLC, where your responsibilities will include reporting, maintaining training databases, managing expatriate administration, and overseeing workers' compensation administration. As a member of the Human Resource team, you will report directly to the Human Resource Team Leader. This role requires collaboration with the team to offer support to the employee population located in Voorheesville, NY. The position is hybrid and located in Voorheesville, NY

• You will guide and support employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• You will arrange housing and support the needs of visiting and expatriate employees.
• You will conduct exit interviews with terminating employees.
• You will support training policy requirements.
• You will file and monitor workers compensation and leave of absence claims including Short-term disability, Long-term disability, military, and FMLA.
• You will represent the HR department in safety committee activities.
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
• You will improve HR processes to achieve best practices by maximizing efficiencies in alignment with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits.
• Abiltiy to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proficientcy in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office 365.
• Highly organized and can prioritize multiple tasks.
