Job Title: Paralegal/Paralegal Assistant(Certified) Location: Newark, NJ 07102 Pay Rate: $24.00/hr. on W2 without benefits Duration: 06+ months Work hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 1 hour lunch, 8:30 to 4:00 with hour lunch or 8:30 to 4:30 with 1 hour lunch Job Description: Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s): Computer, telephone, printer and scanner Computer software to be used: Microsoft office suite Interview Mode: Virtual Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Paralegal experience Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: Paralegal certification required Role & Responsibilities: The employee will assist the Division of Consumer Affairs (DCA) Review Unit with situations relating to due process or any licensee appeals, interview clients, help research legal questions, review criminal histories and help the team handle any additional statutory requirements.
