What We Require:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldplus 2years of experience as a Healthcare Business Intelligence Developer-2 or any related occupation.

Experience:

Collaborate with Clinical Analysts to design advanced CI solutions optimized for data reuse and interoperability. Focus on SQL Data Modeling for database objects and data preparation in the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Develop and maintain advanced CI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and portals. Optimize database objects for performance. Document solutions with detailed diagrams, flowcharts, and project-specific clinical data management plans. Participate in unit and integration testing. Generate queries to resolve data entry errors and ensure data reliability. Implement new CI functionality and solutions. Evaluate information sources for reliability and collaborate with Clinical Analysts. Provide tier-two support to resolve advanced end-user issues. Coordinate cross-functional teams for resolution of complex problems. Provide input on technical and functional design standards for complex solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine programming requirements. Assist Clinical Analysts in creating training programs and materials for end-users. Actively participate in discussions on projects, team goals, and future initiatives. Employer permits telecommuting.
