Compensation Range:$21.45

Job Duties: These duties are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties or responsibilities associated with this job. Other duties, as required, may be assigned.



  • The Unit Build Assembler works in a team of 2 people.
  • A frame is formed on the worktable by gluing together pieces of rigid foam.
  • The encased coil spring mattress assembly (30-50 lbs. each) is lifted from the floor, conveyor, or staging stack and placed inside the foam frame.
  • A foam top is placed
  • over the coil unit and glued into place.
  • The unit is then flipped over and a cloth cover is glued on and pressed into place.
  • The finished unit is then moved to the storage/staging stack.
  • The process is repeated approximately 30 times per hour, per team.


What You'll Need:



  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for a minimum 8 hours or more per shift.
  • Frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, bending, etc. in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attendance-must be reliable and punctual.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
