The Highlights:
Reporting to the Systems Analyst - Lead, the Systems Analyst - Reporting will maintain, redesign, secure, and develop student information systems for purposes of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), working as technical liaison to IS for OUR data. Additionally, the Systems Analyst is responsible for the regular reporting of institutional data on both current and historical records.

What You'll Do:


  • Serves as a technical liaison between OUR and DePaul IS in the analysis, design, development, data security, and support of the various systems that house student record information, such as the Data Warehouse, Consolidated Statistics, Academic Progress Report, Schedule of Classes, Degree Progress Report, FedEx Mailing, Late Withdrawal Tool, Post Enrollment Requisite Checking, Waitlist, Online Declaration Tool, Diploma Print Tool, Math Placement, Modern Language Placement, and others that house student record information, such as the Data Warehouse.
  • Leads the creation and implementation of reporting/queries and SQRs to meet internal and external OUR reporting needs. Oversee integral implementation of the all OUR Reports. Perform data process modeling for using existing data and tools for analytical decision making process related to student records. (55%).


What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree, preferred
  • 5-7 years of student information systems experience or other complex ERP system, required.
  • People Soft Student Records/Oracle experience, preferred.



The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $64,662.00 to $85,000.00 per year.
The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
