Sr. Manager, Industrial Engineer
Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented leader to manage our Industrial Engineering team in Milford, MA. This role will oversee a team of 10-15 manufacturing engineer, principal and senior engineers with a diverse range of expertise-including chemistry, laser welding, and industrial process engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the scalability of our manufacturing processes through the redesign of process configurations, the implementation of standardized work, and the development of clear capacity definitions. This role will play a critical part in improving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth. The Senior Manager, Industrial Engineering is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, reducing waste, and drive productivity improvements. This role will lead and support strategic initiatives across the organization, including plant layout optimization, cost reduction projects, and product/process improvements. The Senior Manager will apply lean principles, quality methodologies, and continuous improvement tools to achieve sustainable results and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities
