Duration: 12 months

Location: San Diego, CA

Summary:

As part of client's Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will support the TA process driven by Global Mobility needs as well as serve as a talent advisor to the business and our team. The Talent Acquisition team incorporates industry best practices in recruiting that align with corporate objectives, workflows, and processes while considering business, industry, legal, and compliance factors to enable TA solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the TA requisitions driven by Global Mobility needs, including but not restricted to labor market testing through TA requisitions.
  • Build strong partnerships with the Global Mobility team and external partners.
  • Improve and implement changes to the stablished process, as well as support the business validation when implementing systems enhancements.
  • Qualify and disposition candidates, complete immigration forms, partner with managers and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Guarantee that both Global Mobility and TA processes meet compliance requirements, as well as internal and external policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborates and develops effective working relationships with recruiters and other cross-functional partners


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Workday & Eightfold or similar talent intelligence platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting candidates through immigration processes, with a strong understanding of related compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of immigration regulations and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning in this area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to work inclusively with stakeholders such as managers, recruiters, legal advisors, and global mobility partners.
  • A track record of success in talent acquisition and/or global mobility, with openness to innovative approaches and evolving practices.


Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • OR
  • Associate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • OR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.


*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
