Westervelt Ecological Services
creates mitigation and conservation banks and provides environmental mitigation
and habitat planning services to landowners, businesses, government agencies,
and land trusts. Our established industry leaders excel in the field of wetland
and endangered species mitigation services, to create a nationwide habitat
mitigation company.

We are looking for an experienced
Sales Associate to join our team in our Sacramento office.

The Sales Associate will provide wetland, stream, and species mitigation services to Westervelt Ecological Services' clients in the Western Region. *This role updates Salesforce leads data, ensuring accurate and completeness to support sales strategy and reporting. *Will also help in drafting sales contracts, utilizing Salesforce to track, coordinate, and implement sales transactions, and managing data related to sales leads and client interactions. *This position would involve coordinating closely with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure accuracy and compliance of sales contracts and mitigation bank transactions. *Prepares brochures, newsletters, website updates and other marketing materials. *Supports bank compliance by facilitating documentation and communication related to regulatory requirements. * Maintains ongoing communication with customers to support relationship management and client satisfaction. *Marketing analysis and reconnaissance of identified target markets- entails outreach to selected potential customers, coordination with key regulators, and reviewing documents and permits.

Required
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
    Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of program management, administrative or sales support experience. Business development, sales, executive assistance or other
    related experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills to effectively communicate with
    all levels of internal and external customers/contacts.
  • Knowledge and experience in customer service,
    client relations, and working closely with a team.
  • Attention to detail and client focused.
  • Strong aptitude for writing, editing and attention
    to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work
    independently. Able to multi task and prioritize work load to consistently meet deadlines with a high level of contact and service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; previous experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations preferred.

Pay range is $68,000 to $95,000 plus 8% annual bonus potential, health insurance benefits, 401k with match, vacation, paid holidays, and sick time.
