How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support the full recruitment cycle-from sourcing to offer management.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage attendance documentation.
  • Provide responsive and friendly employee support and HR service ticket processing.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and recruitment events.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement and community events.
  • Manage expense reports and travel arrangements for staff and guests.

Your Background

  • Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
