Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Technical Program Manager to work with is primarily in support of our Nuclear Science and Technology Directorate. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls REC facility with every other Friday off. You will oversee multiple ongoing, rapidly expanding projects, some of which are managed by subordinate Project Managers. In addition, you will track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Ensure proper planning and scheduling for operational related activities to support timely and successful completion of program/project work. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve successful project outputs. You will report to the Manager of R&D Operations Projects. Responsibilities Include:

Minimum Requirements: Level 4: Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience OR a Masters Degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR a PhD and 4 years of relevant experience. Level 5: Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of relevant experience OR a Masters Degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR a PhD and 6 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience is in Project/Program management, technical experience in Nuclear/Energy disciplines, advanced engineering/science degree. This position will require a Q clearance. Job Information: The pay range for this position is:Level 4-Salary grade 460 ($111,888-$229,284) or Level 5- Salary Grade 470 ($134,124-$275,136). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials. Multi-Level: This is a multi-level posting and you will be placed at the appropriate level dependent on depth and breadth of proven experience and skills. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this classification, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, and work in an office and field/laboratory environment. The job requires finger dexterity to keyboard or type, handle materials, manipulate tools, and reach with hands and arms. The job requires operation of job-related equipment and driving a vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance. Sufficient visual acuity and hearing capacity to perform the essential functions and interact with the public is required.
